Payment
Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required to confirm a pre-order.
Order Processing

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may dispatch the complete order once all items are available.

Changes or Unavailability
If a pre-order item becomes unavailable or experiences a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to:

Cancellation
You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been processed for dispatch. Once the product has been prepared or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
